Cannington, based 10 km southeast of Perth’s CBD, has seen a considerable amount of redevelopment over the past decade.  After receiving development approval in May 2012 for a zoned plot of land, work commenced for a multi-residential project. The project was completed in April 2014.  Strobos Developments engaged BGC Construction as the builder, with all the apartments having been sold prior to completion of the project.
