The Camborne Parkway project located in Butler, is located 30 minutes from the CBD in the north-western corridor of Perth.  The location of this development was selected in close proximity to the impending railway infrastructure to be constructed.  Butler train station construction commenced in 2011 and was officially opened in 2014, thus making Camborne Parkway a primely positioned with easy access to rail links to Perth City.

The Camborne Parkway project consisted of 24 apartments of 1 and 2-bedroomed units, which were all sold prior to construction.  The construction method used was mainly normal brick and block work and was successfully completed in 2008.
