Stage 2 of Caprice Gardens included 20 apartments.  Many of the units were either sold or leased out prior to completion.  The clientele leasing the apartments included government workers, medical personnel and local business professionals etc.

The development also included the carpark for Stage 3 (due to start in 2018 subject to pre-sales).  In the construction of the building of Stage 2, we used AFS which is an in-situ concrete pouring method that reduced the overall time by 6 months.
