Wirra Willa Gardens is a truly unique development in walking distance of Armadale Shopping centre, the train station and Pioneer Village.  The heritage listed botanical garden is located on a steeply sloping site in the foothills of the Darling Ranges.  The survival of the gardens is dependent on developing a sustainable residential development.  Residents will be able to contribute to the maintenance of the garden and complex if they wish, however not taking primary responsibility.  We will be developing an apartment project that aims to cater for those looking to live in this iconic serene botanical garden setting.
